Weapons Free — requires a second press on the flashing red confirmation. Once armed, eligible ground, aircraft, and naval effectors attack HOSTILE tracks while identity, quality, range, and no-fire gates remain active.

Operator wings — priority tracks and posture stay on the left, decision support stays on the right, and the complete AO scales into the center map. Both wings are no-scroll glance views.
San Diego airport — notional KSAN arrivals/departures publish synthetic Mode-S / ADS-B callsign, ICAO address, squawk, quality, altitude, speed, and flight-plan fields. Nearby airport-defense effectors are soft-kill / capture demonstrations inside no-fire constraints.
San Clemente link — the San Diego map includes a visible off-scale island inset where the labeled 5G microwave backhaul terminates. It is illustrative communications symbology, not real infrastructure or coverage.
Data connections — links are hidden by default to keep the map clear. Select a sensor or effector to reveal only its route to the shared COP, or select a purple gNB / POP to reveal its bounded backhaul path and contextual network card. Click elsewhere to clear the path.
Airport defense — every scenario airport has arriving/departing transponder traffic plus sensors and soft-kill / capture effectors distributed around the airport perimeter inside its no-fire constraints.
Washington NCR — satellite-preferred regional view with illustrative protection around public federal landmarks, military installations, Northern Virginia sites, and Reagan National. All defense positions and capabilities are notional.
El Paso border — three labeled Border Patrol stations distribute paired sensors and non-kinetic effectors along the boundary.
Norfolk maritime — naval and commercial surface tracks share Hampton Roads; the 5G backbone terminates at a labeled terrestrial point on land.
Guam joint defense — the satellite-preferred whole-island view uses a public island outline. Fixed sensors, effectors, protected sites, the PGUM airport-defense ring, and the 5G fiber path remain on land; only ships are intentionally offshore.
Basemap — SAT · EXTERNAL is the default and requests public Esri World Imagery. TACTICAL · LOCAL remains available manually and is used automatically when imagery is unreachable.
Weather — CLEAR / WIND / RAIN: wind slows small UAS, rain shortens EO/IR and directed-energy reach
Time of day — AUTO follows the scenario clock; NIGHT darkens the plot and cuts EO/IR to 55% (watch its ring shrink)
Degrade comms — delay inject: displayed positions update in steps. Observation, receipt, and displayed-sample ages are separate; modeled order delays are illustrative
Demo audio — presentation-only alert tones and callouts derived from recorded events (declaration, release, BDA, leaker, denial). It does not invent radio, fuel, or readiness state. Off by default.
